Using the marketplace
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Seller listings and requests
Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, ownership or authority to sell, prices, availability, and timely cooperation with fulfillment. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or infringing content.
Seller access may require business verification and marketplace approval. The marketplace may restrict or remove listings or accounts when needed to enforce these terms or protect participants.
Offers and auctions
Private offers are proposals that become eligible for checkout only after seller acceptance. Public auction bids are subject to the displayed auction rules, minimum increments, reserve conditions, and closing time. Do not place bids or offers you do not intend to honor.
Orders, payments, and fees
Order totals, shipping charges, marketplace commissions, and contractor compensation are shown or recorded by the applicable checkout and fulfillment workflow. Payment-provider transactions are also subject to that provider's terms. External refunds may require provider processing and confirmation.
Delivery and contractors
When contractor delivery is selected, an eligible contractor may record seller handover, transport, buyer confirmation, and item condition. Participants must provide truthful confirmations and cooperate with reasonable evidence and dispute procedures.
Returns and disputes
Return requests, refunds, and disputes follow the workflow and eligibility shown in the marketplace. A submission is not itself an approval or completed refund. Marketplace staff may review the available order, payment, delivery, and participant evidence.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to preserve order and payment records needed for outstanding transactions.
Legal review required
These terms are a general operational draft. The operator's legal identity, contact details, governing law, consumer-rights language, liability terms, and dispute venue must be completed and reviewed by qualified local counsel before production use.
